Living Christmas trees can be moved outside
Pick up the phone and start ordering seeds
Cool-season annuals can be set out now
For hardy spring-blooming plants start sowing now
After cacti and succulents have finished blooming, repot if necessary
If weather allows start planting bare-root fruit trees
Flowering fruit trees must be pruned while blooming
Spray for canker, peach leaf blight, peach leaf curl  
If weather allows start planting citrus, but ensure protection against frost
 
House plants need cutting back on foods 
NO FEEDING on dormant houseplants
 
If weather allows start planting bare-root roses and apply dormant spray

If weather allows you can set out early-spring blooming perennials (calendula, primrose, viola, pansy)
If weather allows start planting bare-root trees, shrubs, do some pruning and apply dormant spray. 
If weather allows start planting vegetables. 
House plants need checking for mites, mealybugs, and scale.
